Return and exchange instructions
Accept the return/exchange as follows:
Due to the negligence of the company's work, the product is damaged, the product is defective, etc., the product can be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
The return/exchange is not accepted as follows:
1. Return/exchange due to personal factors, such as: appearance / taste does not like, different from the imagination, a variety of subjective awareness.
2. If the product is negligence due to the company's work, the product is damaged, the product is defective, and the product is not available for more than 7 days, and the refund/return is notified.
3. The product has been opened for use, or caused by human factors, such as: dirt, damage, wear, abrasion, scratches.
4. The outer packaging is a carton material that may have slight creases during shipping and does not affect the quality of the product itself.
5. The return/exchange merchandise packaging is seriously damaged, or the invoice and original accessories are not complete.
6. Malicious or large returns.
1. Credit card payer: After the successful return is confirmed, the company will refund your refund fee to your paid credit card account.
2. Cash on delivery: After the successful return is confirmed, the company will transfer the refunded refund fee to the bank account provided by you.
Delivery time of service and products:
After the order is established, the company will ship within 1-3 days, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Regular vacations: weekends and holidays.
